The WINKHAUS Scorpion Lever Operated Latch & Hookbolt Gearbox has 35mm backset, 92mm centres, is split 8mm spindle, 185mm case height and has 50mm case width.
Winkhaus gearboxes are fixed to the faceplate using rivets rather than screws. This allows the rivets to be removed and replaced when carrying out a gearbox swap, while also making Winkhaus products easy to identify.
Ideal for locksmiths and trade professionals, it offers a cost effective solution for repairing or refurbishing existing door systems without needing to replace the entire strip.

Handing
The latch can be reversed by placing a screwdriver in the rear of the case directly behind the latch. Push the latch forward and rotate it to the opposite hand.
Operation
Locking Method - A. Lift lever to engage locking mechanisms and then one full turn of the cylinder to lock. One full turn of the key, then push down on the lever to unlock.
