The Briton 2130B Door Closer has a durable cast iron body with a hardened steel rack and mechanism with needle roller bearings for smooth operation. It features silicon chrome alloy steel springs and hydraulic fluid with built-in temperature compression for ensured reliability all year round. The closer has backcheck, offering resistance when the door is opened using excessive force - this prevents damage to the door and is ideal for high traffic applications. </br></br>It is simple to install and features concealed adjustment screws to prevent unauthorised tampering. The closer is Certifire approved, CE marked to EN1154, AD0017, AD0031, is EN1634 fire tested to 2 hours and comes complete with a 10 year guarantee.
