The Avocet Style Copy Centre Case for newer versions has a 35mm backset with 92mm and 62mm centres. It features an 8mm twin spindle centre case with a 218mm case height and a 50mm case width.
This Avocet-style copy centre case is designed to suit newer versions of Avocet multipoint locks, providing a direct replacement for failed gearboxes while retaining the existing locking strip. It is a practical solution for installers working on modern UPVC or composite door systems.
Handing
The latch can be reversed by removing the screw in the latch, taking the latch out, flipping it to the opposite hand, and refitting the screw.
Operation
Locking Method – A: Lift the lever to engage the locking mechanisms, then turn the cylinder one full turn to lock. To unlock, turn the key one full turn and push the lever down.
